Transport Centrifuge

The L-K Industries Transport Series is ideal for determining sediment and water (BS&W) content on crude oil haulers, according to API MPMS Ch. 10.4 / ASTM D96. There are standard or digital, heated or non-heated, as well as 2 or 4-place trunnion arm configurations. The Transport series is compatible with pear-shaped (B) or short cone (D) style tubes. The rugged, steel case with reinforced mounting rails allow for outdoor use and longer lifespan. The pre-heater pocket (only on 7100 and 9100 models) enables faster sample testing. Its compact design allows for easy installation and maintenance. The solid-state motor controller with epoxy-coated electronics ensures that the unit lasts longer in the field.

• Transport 3100 – non-heated, compact unit; available in 12VDC only
• Transport 7100 – heated unit with adjustable speed control; available in 12VDC only
• Transport 9100 – heated unit with adjustable speed/temperature controls and digital displays; available in 12VDC or 115VAC
