• Designed to meet the standards of lab users, customers who purchase this plan will have annual maintenance performed on their centrifuge. A detailed list of the services performed is noted below. All work will be done on the client’s site at a prearranged date and time.

• Diagnostic checks, clean, & recalibrate
• Validate RPM readings
• Validate temperature
• Clean unit
• Clean bowl of any residue
• Use compressed air to clean the circuits
• Verify maximum air flow of vents
• Rewire any suspect connections
• Cosmetic touch-up
• Touch-up paint
• Check insulation and seals
• Relabel any missing or damaged tags
• Grease sliding door
• Operational validation
• Locks
• LEDs
• Switches
• LCD displays
• Integrity test
• Check trunnion arm
• Check cushions & collars (provide w/new)
• Balance validation
• Internally check the shields balance
• Ensure machine is level (shock absorbers)
