Melton Heater

The L-K Industries Melton Heater is an explosion-proof unit ideal for laboratory or petroleum refinery settings. It is compatible with pear-shaped (B), long cone (C), short cone (D) or capillary (E) style centrifuge tubes and available in 115VAC or 220VAC. The unit can be configured for a 4-place or 8-place trays, depending on the centrifuge tube model. Its design is intrinsically safe with robust construction, allowing for worry-free operation and less down time. It is preset at the ideal crude oil sample warming temperature for repeatability and precision during testing. The Melton Heater is designed for hard-wiring; thus, a power cord is not included.
